Your best bet is getting access to her phone or computer. If she has her web browser save her password, you can get it from there, if you have physical access.
I don't have a facebook, so I don't know how their account recovery system works, but you might try going through that as well. Most sites let you reset passwords through phone or email, so if you can get one of those you can do it that way.

While this is possible up to a certain point, I'm not sure of its effectiveness. You could create/find a program that can grab files from her desktop/laptop, and once you have them in your possession, it would be a matter of decrypting the Login Data from files that browsers generate to hold onto passwords.
Google Chrome for instance creates a "Login Data" file with readable emails and encrypted passwords. I can't say for certain that this would work, as I believe the machine that encrypted it would have to be the machine that decrypts it.
Just a random idea. I'm sure everyone else here will shit on it, but meh, just a suggestion.

how about a simple phishing scam via e-mail or IM? You can use Social Engineering Toolkit to create the infected page you don't even need to know how to do it yourself. The goal being to get her to enter her password into a box you control.
