You can find deleted Outlook emails very, very easily. Find the particular install's .pst and use to hex editor to set bytes 7-12 or 7-13 to 0. Save the changes and then use the included Outlook repair tool to repair the .pst. When after the program fixes itself, all deleted emails return.
