I used the components to determine the correct spacing.

Using the transparency and two positive photo resist boards, I managed to overexpose one, and underexpose the other.
I drew my circuit on the board (a little thicker) with a sharpie. This is the end result.

It's mostly intact but you can see places where the acid wash ate through the sharpie.
