I have a question regarding the FCC licenses over the years.
Wasn't their a license years ago for hobbyists or average people to start up a radio show and start broadcasting without needing to pay the exorbitant tax to get a license that we see today?
I seem to have read sometime a time ago or maybe Im making it up.
Im interested into seeing how tyrannical the FCC has been in history to see where the internet is going to go. Everyone knows about fairness doctrine already and only idiots support that shit so no need to cover that.
