/happy/ is a board based around discussion of whatever makes you happy. Here you can share and talk about things you like, things you are thankful for, things you look forward to or are hopeful about, things that are limiting you personally from being the happiest you can be (we can help you!), and etc. Here, freedom of speech and freedom of expression is allowed (although be aware of Guideline No. 1). If you don't particularly like something and it follows the board guidelines, simply ignore it and begin a thread (or contribute to one) about what you do like.

I lead a rather depressing life and theres nothing for me to be happy about. I'm ok with that as its understandable. My problem is that at times , like at random, I would be extremely gleeful.

Like for no reason at all I'd feel like gayfully prancing around the house feeling really really happy.

I'm scared.
