everyone skipped step one and just put the addy their normal browser. then told me it was the wrong addy, it's a scam, it doesn't work, i don't know what i'm doing, etc, etc, etc.

It is really frustrating when I try to download something good (per the thumbnails) all for my DL to continuously stop and I can never get the full file

I've had that happen to me so much that I honestly quit TOR for a while just because nothing was working for me

Then sometimes you get on a few days after something is posted and all links are down

That is mostly why I just stay at places like here and just pray someone posts the good stuff to these boards. I can't deal with TOR. Last time I went was probably last year too

It has always just been too much of a hassle for what it was worth

OPVA was the only time I knew my DLs would work and the only time I was a user of TOR services for an extended period of time. After OPVA I have found nothing to my liking and I hate it

I resent your attitude. Yes, I was one of those who tried to use the address in a regular browser. When it didn't work in Chrome, I tried Firefox next and then Internet Explorer and even Safari. I got pissed because the URL didn't work. I don't understand why the address doesn't work in these browsers. I was given a very strange looking URL that I didn't trust. Just the thought of doing anything illegal makes me want to shudder.

I'm the anon whom posted the MK url a few days ago, and I can't understand why you have download problems over TOR. I love it, sure it can be slower than the clearnet but the goodies you get are so worth a slight delay. And I, for one, will never risk reposting "naughty" content to clearnet sites. The trick is to use a download manager that supports resume. That's what I used to do back in the OPVA days, but I haven't downloaded on-topic in years.
