My mom took me last month to some dinner function for her work because she didnt want to go alone. She introduces me to her coworker and her 2 daughters

Not very crazy for 11. Once puberty has happened, maturation is basically done and there's not much change in appearance (other than matters of fashion, anyway) until aging sets in much later. The physical difference between a recently pubescent girl and a 25 year old girl in good health (rare as that may be) is incredibly slim, and as teenagers are more free to dress as they wish, the illusion of a greater difference melts away.
