What a bunch of over-sentimental tripe this movie was. Basically, a middle-aged man going through a mid-life crisis "voluntarily" abducts an 11 year old girl, takes her on a camping trip, and then brings her back. The end. This movie was so bad that I'd forgotten I'd even seen it. Not even the pedo side of me who enjoys seeing positive man-girl relationships could find any enjoyment out of this piece of trash. I think what really made me dislike this movie was how goddamn unrealistic it was. No man in his right mind would EVER do what the guy in this movie did.
Oh, and the part where the guy starts sobbing uncontrollably because he thinks the girl "wont remember him"- that scene could make a horse choke.
