Trouble with that is you need to have an "in" with the girl(s) you want to have fun with. There needs to be a legitimate reason for her to be hanging around with you, and especially to be alone with you.

Sure, she can say she's going to a friends house and come see you instead, but unless you're 100% positive no one will check up on her, that's out of the question.

You can try and find a girl whose parents accept that she's doing things with an older guy, but that's pretty rare also. I only had one girl who I'm pretty sure her parents knew something was going on, but they never said anything. But what other reason would their be for a 10yo girl to be hanging around with a 25yo guy if he wasn't a sports coach, or mentor, or something that made sense for him to be around her.

Offering to babysit can work out, but a majority of parents are suspicious of a single guy babysitting, unless you're like 12-13 and trying to earn money for a skateboard or something.
