Yes. CP does occasionally get posted on 8ch even if promptly removed. That means it leaves traces on your cache files, which could get examined when your laptop gets "randomly" selected for border searches because they think you're a perv. Not only are you safer using Tor but you better opt for full disk encryption.

Even if you dont save anything, and assuming you dont tweak your browser, you may still have content stored on your machine.

The correct answer to your question depends on the country you're at. In mine, there's jurisprudence declaring that photos and content stored on the browser's cache does not constitute ownership and therefore the case is facilitated.

Either way you're better off researching infosec and law, and staying safe.

You can start by what anons have said already: move out of windows, encrypt everything.
