If you like Piromizu's artwork then Erect!, Aozora Stripe, or Amakano are pretty solid titles.

MAKO Hunter is pretty nice too. Later half is CGs from it. Half a nice dark-elf too.

Has* a good dark-elf. There's also the Bishoujo Mangekyou series or pretty much any title with CG by Happoubi Jin which is solid. Like the Boin series, Classy Cranberry's, or KanojoxKanojoxKanojo.

Nukiani!! is also pretty nice. Make sure you get the complete edition if you can since that has the entire series of girls from Sweet Home with animated sex scenes. Mind you it's basically tweening but it's still nice.

Also not sure just how much faps you'd get out of Walkure Romanze since I believe that's more heavy on the story side of the things but it has a pretty good amount of sex scenes from what I saw on sadpanda.

If you find the story in translated games/doujinshi to be hotter than cg alone, I'd say give it a try. Especially for fetish games.

Ah. I had asked previously too.

For translated titles maybe try "Eroge!" though that one has one scat scene per girl. Though you can go into options and remove the scat by making it become "ghost/invisible poop" the scenes still happen though. The title is pretty okay otherwise though.

There's also Space Pirate Sara, Kangoku Senkan, Captive Market, Ultimate Boob Wars!, Taimanin Asagi, and Maman Kyoushitsu as translated titles that I have on a list.

As for Space Pirate Sara it is by the same studio that made Armoured Warrior Iris though usually that studio (Black Lilith) likes to hire different artists to do titles. Iris' CG are drawn by ZOL who's a common artist with Lilith while Sara's CGs are drawn by Sagojou. Sagojou's a pretty nice artist though his older stuff isn't as sweet as his newer artwork.
