Well first are you in japanese locale? Usually these programs won't work correctly even if you manage to get the game to install correctly.
Second of all the 1st part is the game. 2nd one is the cracked exe you'll need to get past the original exe's DRM (Isn't needed though as I'll explain later). 3rd is bonus stuff, which is not important. 4th is an updated exe (which is out of date), and the 5th is also another bonus.
I believe the torrent page of >>1605 contains the 1.02 patched exe but you're probably better off with the anime-sharing file on girlcelly's page instead.

Anyways at this point I still haven't explained HOW you install the game. To start you'll extract the 1st file. With the torrent from 2D.GF (the one you torrented) you'll get an mdf and an mds file. You're going to need a program like DaemonToolsLite to mount that mds file and then run it for installation. The note on the file says, [起動不可] aka "Doesn't start up". Basically the game can install but it will not let you get past the menu due to DRM. Which is what you'll be needing the file from that anime-sharing page for after you've installed the game to be able to actually play it.
At this point after you've installed the game to be able to run the game without a DRM confirmation if your game is legit you're going to have to extract the file that I linked earlier in this post. Inside you'll get an exe. That exe is what you're going to replace with the old exe located in the CLOCKUP>Eromanga file path where the game default installed to on your C drive. After you've successfully replaced the exe you should be able to run that exe in the folder and have the game run without any hitches. And that should be it.
