Shitty flash games aside, I've never managed to find a game similar to Rapelay, in the sense that its entire purpose is in simulating rape.

Most games are either non-interactive (VNs), too soft (rape is a barely-there option, see Artificial Academy), or too hard (jumps from rape to torture and guro, which do nothing for me).

Rapelay was good because it was about nothing but rape and impregnation.
