These are from タヌシルベクエスト, which roughly translates to "Tanuki Guide Quest". You play a tanuki (shapeshifting raccoon-like creature) that has to set areas up before the woman arrives; she'll do different things depending on what you do, including the bad ends posted here. If you decide to play it, make sure you get 1.04, it fixes a game-breaking bug.
