Not sure if this is really the place to ask this kind of question. But does anybody here have any experience with using a program called Dreamaker to edit dialog in RPGMaker games? I've been trying to use it with very limited success on the game Violated Heroine, the the earliest version has been the most successful, but not without errors. I decided to try the latest version of this program (version 4.9.1), but it can't seem to recognize the game files at all, even though I have followed the instructions to the best of my knowledge. There are other forums I could ask on, but the treads there all seem to be dead, so I have decided to ask here.
I am aware of other another program called "RPGMaker Trans" that also can be used for this, unfortunately that program apparently does not put all of the dialog into one text file like Dreamaker does (instead it spreads the dialog out over some 747 "Map–" text files), which makes things rather inconvenient for what I'm trying to do, like going after a house fly with a bazooka.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
