If gameplay is important enough you don't need story at all then Rance Quest/Eiyuu Senki/Arterial are good games.

If you like LittleWitch the company made a few other VN like Quartett without gameplay.

The new version, with updated visuals and everything, of fate stay night does not contain any sex scenes. Does this mean that the removal of the scenes need to correlate to some kind of censorship? Ofc not, that would be stupid. It was a willing choice from the developer, and thus not censorship. What is the difference between this and what is happening on steam? They are releasing another version, without shoehorned sex scenes, that were created separately from the story, and thus only contributes to a fragmentation of the continuity, to appear to a wider demographic. There is no censorship in that.
