Seems like a lot of you nerds are having trouble with modding cm3d2. As of 1.11, the process is this:
1. Make sure you have a Mod directory. This means C:\Kiss\CM3D2\Mod. ``but it not there pls advice sorry for my english have enjoy day.'' Make the directory yourself.
2. The mods made with the official tool that KISS put out end with the file extension *.mod. As of 1.11, they go straight into the mod directory.
3. You can put other mods into their own folders for easy organisation. The folders can be called whatever you want. Make a GameData folder inside the folder you made for the mod.
4. The mod's files go into the GameData folder. The extensions are *.menu, *.model, *.mate, *.anm, and *.tex. If these are inside menu, model, or texture folders, you need to put all those directories inside C:\KISS\CM3D2\Mod\[whatever]\GameData
5. If the mod overwrites the game's files instead of adding new ones, you will need to download http://www.hongfire.com/forum/showthread.php/446371-CM3D2-Mod-Priority-Patch and put that in C:\KISS\CM3D2\ReiPatcher\Patches. You should do this just in case.
For example, I downloaded a spoonfeeding mod. I open up spoonfeeding.zip and it has a bunch of folders in it. I go to C:\KISS\CM3D2\Mod\ and make a spoonfeeding folder, and inside that spoonfeeding folder I make GameData. The folders from spoonfeeding.zip go into C:\KISS\CM3D2\Mod\spoonfeeding\GameData. No need for deflarc, archivereplacer, or modmanager anymore. If you can't follow these step by step instructions you are beyond the help that I can give you.

Not, there isn't but it's fairly simple.
To make your life simpler, first you go to hongfire and download and install every mod and tool that's there.
The structure is as follows:
-.arc files contains multiple models, its corresponding textures and the description of what the object do (it can be a sock, pants, panties, earring or anything that you can dress your character with). These files can be extracted with the Arc Extractor tool and can be repacked but you can't create an arc file from scratch. Most (if not all) original game objects are included in the arc files.
-.mod files are packs with textures and the object descriptions. You can edit them with CM3D2 Mod Tool. There are no models included in these files so you'll only be able to edit the texture and description of an object whose model is within an arc file. After editing what you want to edit, you have to export it to the "ModManager\ModB\Mod" directory.
-Then you have the files in the "ModManager\ModA" directory. Each game object have a separate folder and within each object folder, you have the "menu", "model", "material" and "texture folder". The textures are in the .tex format but can be converted to and from .png with "CM32D Tool". The .model files can be imported and exported to blender with a blender plugin that isn't available in hongfire but can be found here: https://github.com/CM3Duser/Blender-CM3D2-Converter
I don't know how to edit the contents of the material and menu folders yet. I also don't know to create textures for models created from scratch. If you figure it out, please tell me.

I'm always messing around with this character. Seeing ways of changing her styles, ethnicity, and other things. While I had finally gotten a nice bust image of Sakura (From Taimanin) to imitate into CM3D2 I think I had much preferred the bust size I had chosen before. Back when I had thought Sakura's bust size was around the size of the third image. It's already a pretty supple size for my tastes. Anyways the two in the first image are pretty much the sum of my mess. Image 2 is Sakura herself though I don't like that those are the only bangs that function well on the concept. Image 4 is another hair option for the original version though makes her look a bit more boyish, and image 5 is her with the new dark skin tone that turns down the saturation of what her previous skin tone was, also with the original bust I had her at and a pleasant eye colour.

Winter Denkigai 2015 has obviously not been released yet and I am afraid that it will not be available to us this year, like the last Pre-order Bonus #3 (the racing outfit). So with 36 DLC which could have been potentially included, I'd had liked to include 34 which I will now add at a later date

I'm having trouble installing the DLCs. I've tried just copying the GameData folder across instead of using update.exe, but that's not working either. Currently trying to update the game to the latest version (I was using 1.10) and the latest HF patch to see if that fixes it. If anyone has any ideas on how to make this work then please let me know.

From what I've been seeing, the mediafire was used as a way to distribute the mods to everyone who plays the game, not a way to steal or take credit from toy. You have to remember that some people don't know that there are even mods to the game and are playing an extremely limited game which is a shame.
If you see in the readme txt, it says "I do not claim to have make the Mods but sadly I am unable to credit the creators due to the nature of this little mirror project." meaning that he probably didn't come directly to your twitter, dl everything to the mediafire as a way to steal credit from you. He simply doesn't know who made the mods and probably got it from an external source.
Another thing I want to point out that it says "If by any chance you are a creator who finds their own creation in this folder, you want them removed for whatever reason and your Modifications are freely available to the community…

Clueless Anon here. I downloaded all the DLC/Pre-Order/Denkigai content from the Pastebin. But, it seems all I've gotten is whatever I install most recently. For instance, if I install the Original Mascot Set first, I get those in the game. But if I go to install, say, DLC Vol. 9, the Orignal Mascot Set vanishes.
I tried both copy-pasting the data into the main folder, and then later trying the updates. It yields the same results either way, though. Clueless anon needs help not fucking up the installation of DLC packs.

I have to say I've seen and overwhelming amount of excellent mods for CM3D2. These arguments prove people still take pride in their work which makes me happy. installing this game was easy, but i'm convinced that getting any english patch to work is impossible. i just wasted 3 hours trying to figure out how to get this shit to work and there's just no fucking way to do it.
the HF patch(es?) out there only works with some old ass version which is not available anymore and is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND on the internet. getting the new english patch running requires you install like 4 other things and the instructions on hongfire are 100% bad so i have no idea how to use these things that are supposedly required. can anyone here help….
