it's a dungeon crawler-type game, with lots of slavery, rape, monsters, prostitution and exhibitionism.
there's a torrent on nyaa and if you want it partly translated you can check out the ulmf thread on it.

You have to get past the princess being captured and the resulting cutscene before you can save. After that, you right-click to bring up the menu. If you use >>5720 then you can see the first hour or so in English, including the menu. Once you put those files in, you can switch between moonrunes and English
