Specifically: アクマでオシオキっ！ should do good enough on sukebei nyaa. Problem is when people ask these sort of questions it's usually a sign that they know so little that even if they downloaded the title mentioned they'd be set back. That's because the first step before doing anything with these types of games is changing your locale to japanese. Without doing that a lot of these titles will have undecipherable error text being output, some won't even run properly.

The basics steps would probably be:

1 - Set locale to Japanese (or learn how to operate applocale. Though it's a lot more convenient to just change the locale unless your computer uses some other locale than english)
2 - Get a machine translator and text hooker, best look up some guides on how to use them. There are multiple machine translators. Chiitrans/Chiitrans2, ChiitransLite, Visual Novel Reader, Translator Aggregator to name the most popular. ITH is pretty much the best text hooker, AGTH is less updated and so less useful although it has it's niche uses.
3 - Now you can start looking for titles to torrent.

Once you've got the basic groundwork the rest is usually simple.

Not exactly new to this kind of stuff, but girlcelly's torrents always confused me. My folder is a current mess because im a retard who doesn't know how to make girlcelly's programs work. Is there a basic guide to installing it somewhere?
I always assumed i just put everything inside the files in one folder.

It's not particularly all too difficult. It's about as easy as mounting an iso/mds/bin file and running it. Do you have a program that can mount images? I'm running a very old version of DaemonTools Lite but I've heard their more current versions are shifty as hell with other software it includes. I don't know what's the go to program for such things now a days. Maybe PowerISO or whatever /g/ recommends.

If it was instructions it would look something like:

(Make sure you're in Japanese Locale before all of this)

1. Torrent the game you want.
2. Extract the archives that come from it.
3. With the ISO/bin/mds file that comes from it you mount it in your image mounting program of choosing.
4. From there the game's should run it's installer and the rest is pretty simple.

What are the files types that come with this title? Sometimes you'll extract multiple mds or bin files. I recall that the one with the smaller filesize is usually the one you want to mount.

The majority are just small folders with extra content. Some of them could be deleted it but's probably for the better to leave them around until you want to remove the entire game. As for why the setup pooped out that was because you weren't using the crack. Which you used later to fix that issue. Also usually with these installers they have two checkboxes for if you want a shortcut on your desktop and a folder in start menu.
