If I recall AA2 correctly it depends on the purity of the girl. One's with low purity will just outright have sex with you on pretty much any occasion, ones with higher purity will want to have a relationship. Most girl need to talked to before they think about wanting to have sex with you. There's a couple other ways to interact with the girls as well, like compliments if I recall and asking them to study, have lunch with, or go do club activities with. Butter them up and eventually they'll agree. Note the highest purity one's won't have sex with you unless they're actually in a relationship with you.
