As in "legally free"? Violated Heroine and Drop Factory come to mind. If you prefer another focus, then there are other titles, but their quality is not as high. Jack of Nine Tails, Breeding Season, Roundscapes:Adorevia, Corruption of Champions….

The artist is a massive fucking manchild that changes the art constantly and has a massive fit when everyone tells him that the changes were definitely not for the better. Probably one of the worst things he did was remove the facial characteristics from each girl race and just made them all look like porn stars rather than have their own identities per species. I don't know if he's had a change of heart about it but last I checked he never said sorry.
