Try Nutaku, they're browser games all translated into English (very well translated I might add). It takes a bit of time to get to the H stuff, though it depends on the game.

Thanks to those who have responded. Also could someone explain the deference between Japanese erotic games so that it would be easier to find on my own, keep in ,ind I've only just gotten into then so try not to get too complicated.
