I've always found fake tits fairly repulsive. I'd post some examples, but for the purposes of this board they'd amount to gore images.
They don't jiggle they're not soft, they maintain the exact same shape at all times, and depending on the method the areola can become stretched out, the skin extremely veiny and they're generally unpleasantly far apart from one another.
Supposedly Japan's method for implants is more natural-looking because they put the implants at the bottom of the breasts, but I've not seen definitive proof of this.
