A few years ago, I half-developed two overlapping fantroll group ideas; the first idea was a story about a group of trolls during the Reckoning and how they handled the end of the world, the other was a bunch of trolls whose lusii were prehistoric animals. There was an olive blooded girl with a Quetzalcoatlus lusus, a stoner/mushroom tripper guy with a therizinosaur, some guy with a dicynodont, maybe a guy with a Carnotaurus, and sauropod lusus who carried its trolls hive on its back. Non-paleo-ways, a seadweller with a man-o-war, a rustblood with a raccoon lusus and powers of heightened locational awareness, a blueblood girl with a lusus based on this:

Erzuli does have her own latent powers, but nobody's entirely sure what they do on their own, as her potions seem to activate various different ones depending on the ingredients. Sometimes they even do the things she expects them to!
The mixtures react differently to different blood types (lower castes generally being more compatible and having less side effects or unexpected behavior), so a rustblood with a "mind reading" potion can use it well with only mild headaches, while a higher blooded troll might have migraines, lack of focus or accidentally allow others to read their minds. Depending on what the potions do, they may either amplify or conflict horribly with a troll's original powers.
All that being said, Erzuli's potions are the least predictable when she uses them for herself.

I started writing this post with a couple of ideas how you could make these guys more visually distinctive and recognisable by silhouette alone, then I started actually tweaking them and things got out of hand.
Basically I was trying to point out your style tends towards poofy round hair, slightly samey faces and minimal accessories, which combine to make the trolls a little too similar - and I tried to help fix that without breaking too much of your design.

On a writing note - be careful about having a character who 'speaks paragraphs in every conversation'. It was funny for a microsecond with Kankri and that was as a jab at Tumblr. Yeah, the Hiveswap troll signs revealed so far are all way too similar to the existing canon signs for their castes for it to be a coincidence. Since Roxy's Jadeblood signs share features as well, I figure they should count as more evidence.
It definitely feels a bit impractical, but at the same time, I kind of like the idea that Vriska and Kanaya's symbols use the same base symbol, but different caste signifiers. If the base symbols are open to interpretation, it could be neat I guess.

I think you're right, though there looks to be a lot of potential for variation - he allowed Mierfa and Nektan's signs after all, despite them not being that close at all to their counterparts. Maybe it's another case of Hussie deciding on something at a late stage.
Looks like the general aesthetic is all that matters - jades have swoopy calligraphic lines, reds have inward curls, yellows have dual elements, teals have parallel lines, that sort of thing. Hell, the troll you posted fits teal well enough with the parallel lines.

If more than one troll is near her, they "compete" for her cognitive resources. Essentially, when she's not totally alone, other people think more quickly and effectively at a heavy cost to her own processing power. This looks a lot like social anxiety, and her power doesn't have flashy visual effects, so no-one even knows she's psychic, including her.
She wants to become a dancer, but with her power unchecked she can't function in class or group performance settings. Also she's fat, ugly, and funny-shaped, which doesn't bode well for a dancing career. So now she drifts through life waiting for her inevitable culling.
People who have met her one-on-one instinctively like her, subconsciously noticing the x1.5 processing power she endows on them and attributing their rapid flow of ideas to a commonality of personality. They do, however, inevitably think she's stupid.
Her lusus is a giant cheetah snail, which moves with unexpected speed when not tucked away in its shell.
Her hobbies are learning dance moves from trolltube, journaling extensively, and studying anatomy and physiology.

I see what you're doing with the horns, but I think it's a little too much. I'd make them both the shape of the one on the left, with a large enough asymmetry in positioning and angle to be noticeable. Non-identical horns might be striking - wonky horns are definitely ugly.
I guess in general I'd tone it down - I associate the gaps in the eyebrows with a weird fashion trend or being scarred, not natural ugliness. Just having big ones give the same impression.
I'm no clothes designer so I've got no better idea, but given her personality I imagine she'd dress fairly nicely. I've known quite a few wannabe dancers and none of them looked frowsy. Not sure what the black thing she's wearing is, but it's too misshapen.
Trying to dress tastefully and match the social situation even with a crappy body seems appropriately sad, and would be a nice clue that she's more thoughtful than she appears.

That aside it's a really neat idea. I like psychic powers that are unhelpful or downright harmful, they affect character (and help explain why the low-caste trolls aren't running the show). You can't help but root for her and want her not to give up on her dreams.
I doubt she'd ever be culled though, powerful Alternians would kill for a yellowblood servant who makes them smarter simply by being in the room. And maybe in quiet moments they'd let the poor ugly thing dance for their entertainment.
