Hi, Hydrus newbie here.

I was wondering if there was some way I could log onto my Danbooru account in hydrus? I have a builder account so was hoping to use Hydrus to download images without a fear of a ban. I think the difference between downloading anonymously and having a member account already makes it quite a bit safer.

Would appreciate any help on the matter!

I just happened to post about this exact thing in my release thread, so I'll paste it here again:

So there is no way at the moment, unfortunately, but I would like to support it in the future. A soonish planned rewrite of the networking engine will add more per-domain recognition and support, so perhaps then I could add some options for 'whenever on this website, add these cookies', and then people could copy their browsers' login cookies over, but that might be a bit technically complicated.

Good to know that there's still hope, since it is a little annoying that some sites restrict access to some content without login.

In any case, I look forward to any sort of functionality that will allow it, even if it isn't as straight forward as the pixiv login.

Speaking of Pixiv, it does not seem to download anything that isn't just a single picture. The following, for example, are skipped

In a similar way, Pixiv manga and ugoira are not yet supported. They are on the to-do list.

Yeah, sites like r34h or exhentai also hide content from unregistered users.

Might also add a domain profile export function for easy sharing, although just copy and pasting a couple of lines of code wouldn't be the worst fate in the world.
