So I just installed this on windows 8.1 on the D: drive

The program never starts. Under task manager I get a Setup/Install icon with 1.2mb of memory and nothing else.

Ran it from the .exe What am I doing wrong?

Turns out it was an antivirus issue. Everything is peaches and gravy.

This is just my kind of problem! Do you remember which file was causing the false positive? Was it something like 'upnp_win32.exe'?
