Step one: Learn how to get into trance.
Some people get it right away, some people take a couple weeks, depends on the individual and which hypnotists they listen to as some are more 'vanilla' than others and thus beginner friendly.
The core thing about hypnosis is trust, regardless of whatever the hypnotist is saying, you're trusting that it's correct.
No trust, no trance.
Find a hypnotist whose voice / content you like, and listen to the file without trancing, as it gets easier to fall into trance as you practice, people tend to skip the induction.
You listen without trancing first so that you can confirm to yourself that the hypnotist isnt trying to trick you into anything, and that you actually like the things they'll say during the session.
Trancing itself is essentially just relaxing, focusing on the words of the hypnotist and trusting them the same way you trust the fact that gravity works.

As for recommendations, i second anon's suggestion of N1kk1's files but i'll be nicer and point you to a specific series because she has a fuck ton of different files as shown by pic related.
"Because" series is pretty much the de-facto entry point for newcomers.
Just remember to follow the instructions, if she or any hypnotist for that matter, tell you to listen to something X amount of times before moving on, dont just skip it, that instruction is there for a reason.
That reason being that repeated listening makes you more comfortable with the hypnotist / the words they are saying, making the whole thing that much more effective.
Also, if you're going for a HFO, best results are achieved by being naked and not ejaculating for at least 2-3 days before hand.
