The problem with /hypno/, ncf, onion hypnochan, the older hypnochan, and odp is they are nothing but glorified /r/ boards. Have you taken a look at the catalog? There are multiple IV, girlsgonehypnotized, Goddess Gracie, Mistress Candice, feminization, chastity, hfo threads. The list goes on and on. People just create new threads requesting files which other threads off the last page, instead of posting the request in an already existing thread.
The lack of discussion and reviews is also frustrating. You can go to any given hypnodomme's website, and see that reviews of their files are quite scarce. It would actually be nice to read someone's honest thoughts on a hypno session for a change. With all the free sharing going on this board, you'd think somebody would take the time to post his experience with a file, especially when there are no existing reviews of the file here or on another site. You've expanded the problem a bit, since you talk about timing out and not the "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" message.
Anyway, I suggest that you try (if possible) to change the DNS settings on your router. For now, use Google DNS (you can change it later if you don't like Google!) IP addresses are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Make a note of the old DNS addresses before you change them.
