>>193Not entirely sure , he was a bit of a wild card irl.
Granted he was intelligent , extremely charismatic and could energize people to get shit done , especially at repairing the economy but this comes at a cost. Hitler was extremely stubborn and it showed in many ways through out the latter parts of the war. There would be instances of his generals proposing a new strategy to fight the war where he would listen to the for hours , yet already making his decision before hand and dismissing them out right. In 1941 the German army was half way to Moscow , but he decided to swing south towards Kiev for a decisive vicotry against the Russian army. While they won a great tactical victory, von Rundstedt essentially stated that it served no strategic purpose. He decided to go after the USSR while Britain wasn't fully dealt with , he declared war on the US after we went after Japan, even though we were hardly concerned with europe and probably would have focused on the gooks exclusively. He thought the Russia could be taken down in ~3-4 months. There were a few hiwis , but Hitler still failed to capitalize on certain ethnic groups that deposited the bolsheviks , that he never effectively mobilized. He also managed to scare many physicists , chemists and engineers to flee to US/UK.
tl;dr I'd probably have him as one of my second in command , but i wouldn't have him in charge directly. If so he'd get over confident and misstep repeatedly, this would happen once we were halfway through a tourney , causing us to lose.
