It's P2W, what matters is the amount of enas and stams you have, they control the market, they control your success in the game. Even then, with IdolFes events recently, or Survival or whatnot, if you don't belong to a good S+ rank production, chances of doing well in any event is abysmally low, since you won't rank far much anyway as the amount of autists that waste money on this game is incredibly high. Unless you are verified and have a large stash of money to waste on this game, I would just collect idols and play idly or just quit cold turkey.
Oh yeah, money is incredibly useless. To the point that you could only just get a very cheap Rare with that money.

Check it up on the bazaar, you can sense the average prices for them. She's a defensive SR, so she is not worth much at all. Offensive SRs are usually the most expensive but they have to be from either event rewards or just gacha where there is an incredibly low chance to get her.
