The tag first appeared on 5/6/2014 when an artist said he would post one new picture every day until Hikaru got a new card, since it had been 2 years and 5 months without a card.

After 49 days of Nanjo, she received a new card on 6/23/2014.

On 4/21/2015, another artist began using the tag and said he would settle for an event appearance, not even a new card. After 46 days Hikaru appeared as part of Beat Shooter in a festival event along with Haru Yuuki and Risa Matoba.

A third artist began using the tag on 7/11/2015. His efforts continue through day 34.

Hikaru is one of the purest girls. There's a lot of potential for her in the anime, a shame she probably won't show up, let alone get a spotlight. The Momoka voice was shocking enough.
