Let's talk education.

What do you consider to be the "right" level of education?

How actively pursue it yourself? Do you go to College? Are you a junkie with links to every MOOC out there or do you just pick things up as you go along(imageboards, reddit OP's, etc)?

What methods do you believe in learning wise. I use feynman's method a lot(pretend/really teach something as simply as possible to find my own shortcomings.)

How best do you believe education is attained? Going through the proper channels like formal education. Learning as you need it. Or learning as you are interested in a subject then move on once you know what you want instead of going deeper?

I'm going into college in a few months, took a few years off after high school to work and earn enough money to be able to support myself and now I'm definitely going to college.

I'm heading into a STEM degree, common entry Engineering and then once I get a good feel for all the different types of engineering, I'm going to specialise in one. Honestly not sure what I'm going to go into.

Did you at least check out your local community college s tech programs? Lots of times you have hidden gems in there .

There's no right level of education, it's not something that can be measured and official recognition only matters in the job market. The only thing that matters is that you enjoy it!

I'm learning software engineering at university and outside it too. I love it.
