Have you guys ever heard of Task Hammer? It's a gamifacation productivity app similar to HabitRPG, but I like the way you level up better. You create tasks for yourself and assign them a stat, and every time you accomplish a task, you gain experience in that stat.

>>117Bad idea, you're depending on other people for measurement and your relationships can change by reasons other than your own action.
>>115You're supposed to start small and build up from there, not to make an all-compassing-list of everything that could be achieved by a human being.

When you level up enough in Habitrpg you unlock a similar feature

Every day I do W2MT.
This stands for
>wake
Wake up early. Anywhere between 5-7am is acceptable. Recently I've been doing 6.
>work
Work towards your long-term goals. Every day you should do something that brings you closer to where you want to be later in life. For me, this is entrepreneurship, so every day I work on my personal business.
>meditate
Take at least 5-10 minutes every day and meditate. I don't do any chants or pray to Buddha or anything, I do my best to maintain mindfulness for the period. Studies show the meditation, especially mindful meditation, encourages brain growth in areas related to willpower and self-discipline. That's great.
>train
Work out. This could be anything from lifting heavy weights, going for a run, doing yoga, or just a decent stretching session. It's very important that you don't just sit on your ass all day.
There are other things I do often, but these things I make my baseline. Even if I don't do shit else, I will do these four things.
No.1392
>>1370That's a pretty good baseline
No.1441
>>1370This is sort of what I do. I don't meditate. I'm a student so I have study instead of work. And I also have a requirement to take regular walking breaks every 15 minutes from the computer when I am studying in order to improve posture and health. I also have a "cold approach pickup" metric, where I have a goal of approaching one girl a day.

Can I get this app on Windows Phone? Charger to my ipod broke. I know I could do it on desktop though.

>>1443You're better off using it on a desktop, mobile version is missing a lot of features.

Daily: write in your diary
No.1708
Let's talk about differentiating between dailies and habits.
Dailies are for events that occur once and only once per day.
Let's say I want to get into the habit of getting out of bed at the first alarm going off. Like most people, I wake up every day, and . Thus it should be a daily, not a habit. All the habit does it require it to be updated manually if you skip it.
What about having breakfast? That's a task I wanna do daily. Daily it.
Walking to uni? Somewhat harder. If you walk to uni multiple times per day, or cannot predict what days you're travelling to uni, you should have it as a habit. As it so happens, I only travel to uni once per day, and do so regularly. Daily again. I could, of course, make it a general habit of 'walk instead of bus', to encompass the travel back home, or travel elsewhere. But for me, I want to improve specifically my habit of bussing in the morning.
