Make sure you get outside daily, ideally walking for a few hours. This will give you a motivational, mental and physical boost. In addition to that, start lifting and stop drinking anything that isn't water or milk.

Be motivated, it's not as hard as people says it is. For an easy start, buy some dumbells to start working your arms, while you do some cardio sessions a few times a week.
