Didn't see a thread for this.

Videos, articles, infographs, links, etc. relating to body language and/or posture would be fantastic.

And now for a short story from earlier today
>be me
>try to fix walking posture
>think I have it down
>walking around school today
>girl comes up to me
>"why are you walking like you have a stick up your ass"
Fuck me. Oh well I tried.

I remember back in highschool I'd always cross my arms and lean forwards so when it was time for people to read out loud, I would be absolutely shitting myself, so that when the teacher would pick me I wouldn't even be able to talk.

I counteracted that by leaning back and putting both my hands on the back of my head. I probably looked like a massive retard because it looked so forced but goddamn did it help.

Not related to body language but I remember when I'd feel anxious I'd tell myself I was actually excited and that helped a lot because I would genuinely start feeling like I was looking forward to what I was going to do. Ended up giving a great speech in front of the class when at the time public speaking was my biggest fear.
