I counteracted that by leaning back and putting both my hands on the back of my head. I probably looked like a massive retard because it looked so forced but goddamn did it help.
Not related to body language but I remember when I'd feel anxious I'd tell myself I was actually excited and that helped a lot because I would genuinely start feeling like I was looking forward to what I was going to do. Ended up giving a great speech in front of the class when at the time public speaking was my biggest fear.
