I took BCAAs that undoubtedly lowered my seretonin levels and made me foggy as fuck.

Fats are great but not as filling (fibre). Also contain different kinds of nutrients.

Garlic can have negative effects if you consume more than 3 cloves a day. The oils within have effects on the cardiovascular and neurological systems.

Not allowing chicken on a "low-fat" diet makes no sense.
