You've gotta have goals. Some idea of what you're working towards and where you want to be.
I came across this system for setting goals that is pretty spot on and useful, here it is.
S – Specific
M – Measurable
A – Attainable (or Action-Oriented).
R – Relevant (or Rewarding).
T – Time-bound (or Trackable).
So say you're writing down a goal to get fit. That's a shitty goal because it is very undefined and vague. Instead, write exactly how fit you want to be (running distance/time or lifting reps/weight) and when you want to do it, by when. If a goal is too broad to be broken down like that, then break the goal down into multiple parts that can be written like this. Instead of saying you want to be charismatic, say you want to have x number of friends and throw x number of successful parties, or something along those lines.
A good goal is challenging but also attainable. Making a million dollars by next week is next to impossible, but making a million within 5 years is very doable if you dedicate yourself to it.
So anons, what are your goals?

I started making goal lists last year. I basically keep a word file with everything I hope to accomplish said year in it.
Not really a SMART lel way to do it but I do at least follow ART to a point. I'm about halfway done with the list for this year but other than some things which take time I've found it's worked wonders. I have purpose in life and knowing what I need to do and what I want has never been clearer.
I highly recommend goal keeping in some form.
