- For several years I had a problem with my gums. They were bleeding every time I when I brushed my teeth. I thought that problem in my teeth brush and always tried to by most soft brush. I also used special toothpaste that prevents gum bleeding. This two things worked for me but some time ago I met person who told tome that I should try hard teeth brush (not soft that I was using). That hard teeth brush trains gums, so they won't be bleeding. I tried and this thing have been working for me since.
- Some toothpastes are drying my lips. I spent so much time trying to figure cause of my dry lips and answer was that my usual toothpaste has some element that can cause your lips to dry. So I switched to another toothpaste and this worked for me.
