Hello lads. I don't know where to start with my problems. I can't seem to be able to make sensible plans and I constantly focus on the wrong issues or try to fix them but end up making things worse. This has resulted in me endlessly spiraling downwards. I'm starting to lose hope. I feel like I'm drifting off a cliff with no control over it. If I try to focus on eating well, sleeping well and working out first, something else screws me over. I feel like I'm being bombarded with new tasks when I've yet to deal with stuff others went through years ago and my brain just shuts down. I can't seem to be able to start my /improve/ment process slowly because of the sheer amount of issues I have or think I have.

I've tried to just empty my head. Meditate and such. I thought I had a clear plan, goals and core values set but I didn't. I just made everything worse. This happens like two or three times a year. I'm not even sure what it is I want anymore.

I think you should write down everything you need to tackle and rank it from most important to least important.

Then after that I would start small on everything. For example if you need to fix your sleeping pattern, I wouldn't automatically start trying to aim to fix it as soon as possible, instead I would go to sleep 1 hour earlier and then getting up and hour earlier than you usually do, gradually making the time you fall asleep at earlier and earlier until eventually you wake up at the right time.

I would apply the same logic for eating well and working out. Start small on each and gradually increase effort.
