What's the best way to cut a sugar addiction?

I used to down five of pic related a day. Now, I'll down one or two, maybe three, plus a mountain dew, which is just as bad. I've been trying like fuck to quit, but I just can't.

a good tip for sugar juice drinks is to water them down. 1/2 drink 1/2 water. at first it will probably taste like ass but the more you get used to it, the less you will enjoy the actual sugar version because it will seem too sweet. try it with arizona too, it might work. american drinks are fucking horrible with sugar.

Make some changes with your grocery shopping. Stop buying certain sugary things. Also, with iced tea, you could slowly switch to unsweetened. I used to love sweet tea, but now I honestly prefer unsweetened or lightly sweetened
