Abstaining from masturbation(aka no fap) really did a number on me.

I used to fap every day, multiple times, to all sorts of wierd porn. Anything from vanilla to fan fiction.

I did the no-fap, with varying degrees of success over the years and now I'm practically dead sexually.

Of course, that could be my age and my body slowing down but whatever.

I'm wanting to do this as well, sexual desire has been nothing but a nuisance, also like to get rid of the desire to pursue a relationship in general. Don't mistake this for wanting to go full Wizardchan hating 3dpd, just rather not become a slave to desire have my life for myself you know?

Anti depressants. SSRI kick any sexual desire out of most people, including making your dick flaccid so even if youd want to jerk it, it becomes a task in itself.

It wont kill the need for devotion, though. At least not in my experience with myself and other people taking them. I ended up being somewhat asexual while still desiring a relationship and boy thats some new level of bullshit.

Once you realize that the purpose of relationships with the opposite sex is making and raising children, and that it's irresponsible to engage in them until you're ready for it, you won't feel so pressured to engage in such behavior.

As for masturbation, I can't help you. I used to be like you, fapping multiple times each day but it got reduced to a quick beat off every couple of days, without me trying… it just happened. I don't think I have a problem with masturbation now.
