Start from basics and just slowly write out each letter across a line and then eventually just write out sentences. The priority here is quality over quantity, so if it takes you a minute to write 1 sentence so be it, what's important here is how good it looks.
It'll take time but everything good takes time so set out 30 minutes from your day just to focus on practicing calligraphy. Gradually increase the pace of how fast you write while still maintaining the quality and soon, your writing will look pretty sexy and come naturally to you.
