My optimum routine (though I rarely adhere to it) is-
1. Get up around 7.30-8am
2. cook eggs, meat and toast and maybe make a coffee
3. Morning Walk if not at uni, Cold shower and then lectures/revision if i am
4.Work out and lunch around midday
5. More revision/work
6. Cooked dinner and hot bath, maybe an evening walk
7.Bed by 11pm
