This is more so to tackle procrastination than it is time management but in fixing one you may end up fixing the second.
Read "Power of Habits" by Charles Duhigg. This will teach you how to effectively and successfully start a habit without burnout and reliance on motivation. Call it the starting strength of productivity.
Once you've read the book, see how much time you have in a week, write out how much time you have a day and start filling out those empty spaces with your new habits. Those habits will be small initially and gradually get bigger/require more work, which will give you time to adjust to new timetable.
