Do you guys have any resources on time management?

I'll take advice too. I want to curbstomp procrastination.

Lurking. One thing I have learned is if you mess up your schedule, don't let yourself stop, be committed to rolling with it. Another thing is that a sound mind will support you so when I get up I meditate.

Rolling with it is partly about not taking a break to sulk. The more you feel shit about not doing the things you should the harder it is to get on track. It will take practice to reinforce those neural pathways. How it will look depends on your schedule. For me it would mean knowing your shortlist of priorities and using that as a factor for what to do next. Usually I would move to my other schedule things and come back to critical ones

I have a band that I strap to my arm, I can alternate between vibration, small electric shock and buzzing and minute intervals. Generally I have it set to 1 minute and a beep.

Helps me keep track fo time.

This is more so to tackle procrastination than it is time management but in fixing one you may end up fixing the second.

Read "Power of Habits" by Charles Duhigg. This will teach you how to effectively and successfully start a habit without burnout and reliance on motivation. Call it the starting strength of productivity.

Once you've read the book, see how much time you have in a week, write out how much time you have a day and start filling out those empty spaces with your new habits. Those habits will be small initially and gradually get bigger/require more work, which will give you time to adjust to new timetable.
