Lately I've been taking public transport and, well, people are always looking at each other and sometimes they both make visual contact. And I noticed that whenever I made visual contact with a girl I would look away instantly and think:"huh well that oughta teach her that I don't care about her".

That's when it hit me. I'm not looking away because I'm a badass. I'm actually afraid of maintaining eye contact and try to justify my fear with that silly excuse.

So, the next time me and a girl would exchange visual contact I decided to maintain it rather than looking away. The thing is I've only done this with girls who are on their way somewhere and not really with one who's sitting at the other side of the train or just being stationary.

It gives me a rush of adrenaline sometimes. I don't really know what to think about this really.

Do you have any comments on this? Have you ever done this?

Being able to keep eye contact (but not for creepishly long) is certainly a good thing to start with, i'm able to do it now but only through practice, and not just with girls, I mean with everyone. It's also a massive confidence booster which should help you in other areas.

I would advise not seeking to do these things with the sole intention of being good with girls, it should be to improve all your social skills as a whole which will then

/improve/ is a fairly general term, which could very well refer to pua, so this type of stuff is welcome here.
