>stopped being depressed

>drowsy af

All the time I'm tired and have the desire to go sleep, it's creeping into my routine too, with me thinking "after finishing X I'll go take a nap" and then waking up all groggy and angry for no reason, or even worse using it as a justification to procrastinate.

Taking cold showers seemed to help for a while, but it's getting cold, and I've gotten sick several times (probably because of them).

So far, most logical theories would be:

>not enough sleep

I can sleep 12 hours straight, and still feel tired.

>sleep at the wrong time

I adjusted my sleeping habits several times, going to sleep at a reasonable hour (11-12 pm) doesn't seem to fix it.

>lack of exercise/fresh air

go out most of the time, either for [things] or just to use my legs.

>lack of proper vitamins

which ones?

>brain cancer

RIP

That's because that's the effect of oversleeping, you feel tired. It's also really bad for you physically(increases risk of diabetes etc) and just like under sleeping, it fucks up your willpower supply. Try to sleep 7-9 hours, nowhere below that and nowhere above that.

Here's a pretty good page about sleep, hope it helps:

Sounds like Chronic fatigue syndrome.

And you are basically fucked because so many people pretend to have it that most western governments won't subsidize or pay benefits to people who are too tired to work.

You're probably still depressed, at least on a subconscious level. I get sleepy too and it is a symptome of lack of willpower caused by depression or maybe simply fear of getting shit done.

The most appropiate course of action would be taking to a psychiatrist about your issues.

>actually believing that broscience crap

lmao just stop dude. Take a nice warm bath.

>Not advocating the better alternative to coffee

I mean, I agree that the "cold shower cures depression" angle is a leap and doesn't have nearly enough data for it to be a conclusive statement, but you can't deny as far as it being an energy booster, it's pretty damn good.
