Been concentrating on my diet recently, I'm not fat but I still wanted to reap the physical and mental benefits of healthy eating. Been pretty disciplined so far, my skin's really cleared up
Also been hitting the gym quite a lot which feels good. Anxiety is still lurking some days but more often that not, I'm feeling fantastic. Just hope I can keep this routine up tbh.
Been texting a qt 3.14 recently, usually when this happens I turn into a sperg and my mind goes haywire trying too hard to impress her, seem to be keeping my cool so far.
Was thinking about trying some meditation, anyone here recommend it? Does it have benefits for confidence?
