Been concentrating on my diet recently, I'm not fat but I still wanted to reap the physical and mental benefits of healthy eating. Been pretty disciplined so far, my skin's really cleared up

Also been hitting the gym quite a lot which feels good. Anxiety is still lurking some days but more often that not, I'm feeling fantastic. Just hope I can keep this routine up tbh.

Been texting a qt 3.14 recently, usually when this happens I turn into a sperg and my mind goes haywire trying too hard to impress her, seem to be keeping my cool so far.

Was thinking about trying some meditation, anyone here recommend it? Does it have benefits for confidence?

Dude, nice. Taking care of diet and exercise is like half of the battle. Keep it up and it will become habit, keep up the habit and it becomes your lifestyle. Then there is no need to hope, this is just who you are and how you live.

I highly recommend meditation, most especially for anxiety. Meditation is key for mastering your own thought process and stopping anxious thinking in its tracks. It helps me IMMENSELY when I do have a panic or depressive attack. Cannot recommend it enough, you don't need to go crazy Shaolin monk at it, just do 5-10 minutes of breath concentration a day.

I struggle with the same in regards to diet. Cheap crappy food is easy and I choose it far too often. What are your programming habits like? Do you try to do a little at least every day? No programming "zero-day"s?

I've been lifting big weights and putting them down, working on becoming multilingual (studying Russian and Japanese and refreshing my knowledge of Spanish) and also I've been reading a lot more.

I count calories for 2 weeks now with an app. It helps to keep my weight. I went down from 72kg to 64kg (manlet hight, don't ask)

I do go to the gym but I only do cardio. Lifting or machines bores me.

I don't improve my knowledge or skill otherwise.
