I'll start, how to improve natural body odor? Is there any particular food to avoid?

Exercise

Take showers regularly

Stop using deodorant and anti antiperspirant. You may be thinking wtf at this one but keep this in mind
>http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25077920
I guess you can technically still use them but realise when you stop using it daily your body odour will be worse than someone who doesn't use deodorant/antiperspirant

>Foods to avoid

large quantities of red meat, garlic and onions, spicy foods, and heavily processed foods that contain high amounts of sugar. You should also avoid caffeinated drinks as those can add to body odor.

>Foods to eat

leafy vegetables, whole grains, raw nuts and seeds, healthy oils (olive oil, salmon, avocado, etc.), and phytonutrients that cleanse your insides (like parsley, cilantro, celery, mints, sage, rosemary, thyme, and oregano.

Eliminate stress

 No.1121

My problem is that I get way too burned out in social situations way too fast.

For instance if I go clubbing or to a party, at the start I would be talking to people and having fun and basically just in general having a good time. After a few hours I crash and go from fun and approachable to quiet, boring and a party pooper. It also doesn't help that people I meet usually remember me by the lasting impression I leave, which is always me after I burn out.

This is fucking up my social life and really not helping when it comes to me changing my friends' opinions of me. I've changed in many ways in the past few months and this is my last hurdle, after this I'm a completely new person.

Its hard but you gotta have a who gives a fuck mindset when going out and learn from experiences.

If you fuck up don't worry just try again.
