http://socialpronow.com/outgoing I think this is the best self help material out there. It gives ready to use solutions that sound good. And it's free. What do you think about it? Can it turn anon into chad?

I think it's usefulness really depends on where you're currently at, socially. If you're already out-and-about and meeting/in the presence of other people, but are having difficulty with small talk, setting plans for future meet ups, confident body language, etc., I guess this could be a big help.

I doubt it's going to be much use to the more NEET hikki / social anxiety disorder / asperger's folk though reporting in for all three, in the same way that a guide on becoming a great rally driver isn't of much use to someone who has never even sat in the driver's seat of a car before. This seems to be a guide on how to go from a crawl to a walk, and maybe even to a run, but with no information on how to start crawling.
