Okay, I'm like 350lb. I don't know what that is in kg. Anyway, I need workouts to do. I can't do pushups. I just can't right now. I need something I can do over and over without it completely killing me by the end. I can do about 45 sit-ups before I need to take a break, and I am able-bodied. I can sprint for about 150 yards before I'm close to kill. I just don't know what to do now. I've got a space to lie down flat in my room, and nothing else. My room is fucking small. Someone tell me what exercises to do, and for how many times to do them a day.
Image unrelated. Just a Krautshit vehicle.

Nevermind. It's not Krautshit, apparently.

Hey OP. Google "Couch to 5k."
There's an animu KS Emi version if you need it/are into those things.

You don't have to go all out "running" based on your current condition. As long as you are moving it is fine. The program itself is about time intervals, and not specifically speed so go at any speed but 0.

I'm a beginner at fitness, but not a total noob, but I think my dad's advice is relevant. He said that "anything I do will result in gains" (because lifting). Likewise, any movement you do will help.

Also diet is a part of losing fat/weight.

(I think that vehicle is a Cromwell, or something British.)

Anyway, good luck OP. We're gonna make it…

Go on a long-arsed walk/hike once a week, you don't have to have a destination, just walk, preferably cross country. It does wonders and is also very good for mental health.

Is this for losing weight, increasing endurance, or both?

Can somebody explain the little pictures?

I think the orange guy is the symbol for running, but what's the red guy just standing mean, resting?

How do I use this chart? I get the basics, but I'm drawing a blank as to how I put it into practice. Would somebody mind explaining?

Orange = run
Dark red = walk
It's in the image.

Ok seriously anon you have got this all wrong.

Exercising is not going to get you to lose weight. Caloric restriction is what loses weight. You must lose 3500 calories to lose a pound.

at your weight you can probably lose a crap load simply by cutting your calories to say 1800 a day. You would easily lose 2 lbs a week until you hit about 200lbs then maybe 1 lb a week until you get to 160.

This plus exercise. Cut all soda, junk, alcohol and large amounts of white bread type foods.

Im dropping my weight from 105 kg. These are my meals for a day

-protein shake with milk
-small chicken breast or kangaroo with spinach, beans, brocolli, cauliflower and very small amount of sweet potato or wholegrain pasta/brown rice for carbs.
-protein shake or banana
-chicken breast or kangaroo or salmon with the vegetables in previous meal. Occasionally with no more than 2 slices of wholemeal bread.

Drinks for the day. Water, water with lemon, sugar free drink (rarely only if im craving), tea (green tea is best).

I do weights 3 to 4 times a week. Work out what type of body you want and do what they do. Want body builders body? Lift weights, want to look like a cyclist? Cycle.

Learn how calories work and count them. Google how many calories should I be consuming and enter your details and aim for under. It will take a few months of strict work to notice but its worth it mate. Keep going and make it a challenge for yourself.

Is three days a week enough? I started trying this on Tuesday and a not sure if I should carry it on longer or not.

Don`t forget to get into the right mindset.

Know what you want to achieve, set goals.
Know how to achieve it, well you`re on here! Good job.
Focus all your attention to it, develop good habits.

And don`t give up!

I`ve lost 110 pounds so far (Just a few more to go).

If you like watching films and series maybe you can find something to do next to that (Stationary bicycle or so.)

Any way, good luck.
